Background Information :

In addition to advertising, we solicited bids for asphalt sealing and striping at South Fulton Middle/High School (specifications attached). We received bids from three (3) companies, which are summarized on the bid request tally sheet. Individual bids were as follows:

Roach – $18,200.00
Murphy's Sealcoat – $19,292.00
Gill's Sealing – $27,260.00

Staff Recommendation:

We recommend approval of the lowest bid that meets all the specifications.
